Community Partner Agreement

Thank you for your interest in being a community partner at Rogue Comic Con 2027!

Rogue Comic Con will be a two-day event for 2027:

Saturday, May 22nd and Sunday, May 23rd. 

Please submit this community partner agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form. 

You will NOT be charged the $150 booth fee; that fee will be waived because of your participation as noted:

To qualify for your fee exemption, please agree to the following:

Rogue Comic Con’s booth fee is $150 for both days. We are waiving your fee so that you can provide an awesome experience for the kids! We have a few requirements that we ask that you fulfill to be at Rogue Comic Con.

This year’s theme is A Galaxy Far Away. We will provide a list of crafts and activities for you to choose from. If you have an idea, you are welcome to do that instead, we just want to make it easier for you.

  • NEW THIS YEAR - You will have two options for activities. 1.) You will provide all of the supplies for the craft or activity that you have chosen that is not on our list. No coloring pages - unless they are IN ADDITION to your craft or activity 2.) We will provide all supplies for the activity that you have chosen from our list.

  • We suggest you have at least two people at your booth if you are a single booth. One to share information, one to lead the kids in the craft. If you are a double booth you should have at least three people if possible.

  • We highly suggest you have a banner identifying your non-profit or business. People are more likely to engage with you if they know who you are.

  • You must let us know what your activity will be when you fill out the application AND you CAN NOT change it because we will be adding your information to our program as well as creating signs for each booth describing your activity.

  • Please make an example of what you will have the kids making. If they see what they can make they will be more likely to engage with you.

  • You can bring merchandise to sell as well as have your informational assets to share in addition to the free activity. We want people to be able to support you beyond comic con!

    Things to Know:

This is an outdoor event.

We are expecting between 8,000 - 12,000 attendees for the two days.

You will need to provide your own booth setup, including tent, table(s), chair(s), displays, signage. This can be as elaborate as you like. Do bring signage for your business. Booth spaces will be approximately 10 feet x 10 feet outside. You will be in the Kids Zone with 10-15 other non-profits and community organizations.

Please remember to plan to merchandise your booth space! This is a very visual event, and the more attractive, interesting, and decorative your booth is, the more kids will be attracted, and customers will stop and shop. This can include signage and displays. Think vertically—not just laying items flat on a table. Be creative!

You are required to sign-up for both days, for the full open hours of both days.

Rogue Comic Con is a rain-or-shine outdoor event and will not be cancelled.

If you would like more than one booth, please request a second booth space in your registration agreement.

Please note:  Only comic book vendors and artists that draw comic books will be located in Artists Alley. All other vendors and exhibitors will be located in the outdoor area of Pear Blossom Park.

To complete your application, please read the terms and conditions below for participating in the Rogue Comic Con 2026, check the terms approval box, and fill in the other boxes (your name, etc.). 

By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Rogue Comic Con or its representatives to contact me by phone and/or email with information regarding my vendor application.

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises. 

Weapons are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises. If your craft/business involves hand-forging weapons for collecting and demonstrations, or other similar artisan work, please contact us to discuss.

The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Rogue Comic Con. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against the City of Medford, Rogue Comic Con, and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.

The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Rogue Comic Con may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.

Rogue Comic Con is a rain-or-shine event and will not be cancelled.
