Hello Umpqua Valley ComicFest Food Vendor Applicants!

The Umpqua Valley ComicFest will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Please submit this vendor agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form,  and then pay your booth fee via one of the following options:

Paying your booth fee:

  • Food vendor fee is $60

  • Venmo: To Lanessa-Pierce. Please do not put that you are making a purchase.

  • By check or money order: Make your check payable to Rogue Comic Con. Mail your check to 1334 Carlson Dr., Medford, OR 97501

  • When you pay please put the name that you signed up with and your business name in the notes so we know who to credit for the payment.

  • Your booth fee is non-refundable and is due by October 31st.

  • If you do not pay your fee by September 30th your spot will be opened up on October 1st.

Things to Know:

SUmpqua Valley ComicFest will be held at the Sutherlin Community Center, Setup times will be staggered from 7:00 am to 9:30 am on Saturday. You will be assigned a setup time and your space after you are accepted. We will send them out two weeks before the event. Please arrive to set up during your assigned time.

We are expecting between 500-1,000 attendees .

Your booth fee is non-refundable. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us so we can adjust the vendor area layout.

To complete your approval, please read the terms and conditions below for participating in the Umpqua Valley ComicFest, check the terms approval box, and fill in the other boxes (your name, etc.). 

By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Rogue Comic ConUmpqua Valley ComicFest or its representatives to contact me by phone and/or email with information regarding my vendor application.

Participants will provide their own equipment including displays, extension cords. Setup will be between 7:00am - 9:30 am on 11/8/2025. All setup must be completed by 10:00 am. Participants must not breakdown or remove any equipment until after 5:00 pm . 

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on Umpqua Valley ComicFest premises. 

Weapons are not allowed on Umpqua Valley ComicFest premises.

The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Umpqua Valley ComicFest. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against the City of Sutherlin, Rogue Comic Con, Umpqua Valley ComicFest and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.

Booth fee is non-refundable.

The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Umpqua Valley ComicFest may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.

Umpqua Valley ComicFest is a rain or shine event and will not be cancelled.
