Hello Rogue Comic Con food vendors!

As a 2024 vendor that toughed out in the rain with us you are being offered the opportunity to sign-up for 2025 first. If you spent the whole day with us and did not cancel last minute you are pre-approved.

Rogue Comic Con will be two days for 2025 on May 17th & 18th.

Please submit this vendor agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form,  and then pay your booth fee via one of the following options:

Paying your booth fee:

  • Venmo: To Lanessa Pierce. Please do not put that you are making a purchase.

  • By check: Make your check payable to Rogue Comic Con. Mail your check to 1334 Carlson Dr., Medford, OR 97501

  • When you pay please put the name that you signed up with and your business name in the notes so we know who to credit for the payment.

  • Your booth fee is non-refundable and is due by August 31st.

  • If you do not pay your fee by August 31st your spot will be opened up to the public on September 1st.

Things to Know:

Rogue Comic Con will be held at Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford, OR, on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, May 18, 2025 9am to 4pm. This is an outdoor event. Setup times will be staggered from 6:00 am to 9:30 am on Saturday. You will be assigned a setup time after you are accepted. You will be assigned a space. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please arrive to set up during your assigned time.

We are expecting between 5,000 - 10,000 attendees for the two days.

FOOD VENDOR BOOTH SPACE COST IS $300 for both days. VENDORS MUST PLAN ON BEING AT THE CONVENTION UNTIL 5 pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.

PAYMENT WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY SEPTEMBER 30TH THROUGH VENMO OR BY CHECK.

Your booth fee is non-refundable. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us so we can adjust the vendor area layout.

To complete your approval, please read the terms and conditions below for participating in the Rogue Comic Con 2025, check the terms approval box, and fill in the other boxes (your name, etc.). 

By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Rogue Comic Con or its representatives to contact me by phone and/or email with information regarding my vendor application.

Participants will provide their own equipment including tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords. Setup will be between 6:00am - 9:30 am on 5/17/2025. All setup must be completed by 10:00 am. Participants must not breakdown or remove any equipment until after 4:00 pm on 5/18/2025. 

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises. 

Weapons are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises.

The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Rogue Comic Con. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against the City of Medford, Rogue Comic Con, and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.

Booth fee is non-refundable.

The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Rogue Comic Con may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.

Rogue Comic Con is a rain or shine event and will not be cancelled.
