Welcome to Rogue Comic Con’s First Annual Expo for Comic Book Sellers and Creators

Hello Comic Book Sellers and Creators!

Comic book creators can artists or writers that are either self-published, group published or with a publishing house.

Comics, Creators and Collectors Expo will be on Saturday, August 9th from 10am - 5pm at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center. The address is 220 N Main St in Phoenix, Oregon.

Vendor fee will be $40 per table with one table and 2 chairs provided. You are welcome to bring more tables in, if you can fit more in your 8 x 10 spot depending on your configuration. (The fee is to cover the space and marketing)

Please submit this vendor agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form,  and then pay your booth fee via one of the following options:

Paying your booth fee:

  • Venmo: To Lanessa-Pierce. Please do not put that you are making a purchase.

  • By check: Make your check payable to Rogue Comic Con. Mail your check to 1334 Carlson Dr., Medford, OR 97501

  • When you pay please put the name that you signed up with and your business name in the notes so we know who to credit for the payment.

  • Your booth fee is non-refundable and is due by July 15th.

  • If you do not pay your fee by July 15th your spot will be opened up to the next on the waitlist.

Please note:  Only comic book vendors and artists that draw or write books will be accepted for this event.

To complete your approval, please read the terms and conditions below for participating in the Comics, Creators & Collectors Expo 2025, check the terms approval box, and fill in the other boxes (your name, etc.). 

By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Rogue Comic Con or its representatives to contact me by email with information regarding my vendor application.

Setup will be between 7:00am - 10:00 am on 8/09/2025. Participants must not remove any of your product space until after 5:00 pm on 08/09/2025. 

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises. 

Weapons are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises.

The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Rogue Comic Con presents Comics, Creators & Collectors Expo. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against the City of Phoenix, Rogue Comic Con, and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.

Booth fee is non-refundable.

The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Rogue Comic Con presents Comics, Creators & Collectors Expo may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.
