New Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Rogue Comic Con 2025!
THIS IS NOT A FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION!
Please send in examples of your work so that we can make sure that you are a good fit for our event. We make sure that we don’t have duplicate vendors to ensure that you are con’t competing with each other for business.
Rogue Comic Con will be two days for 2025 on May 17th & 18th.
Please submit this vendor agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form. You will receive an answer by September 30th.
Paying your booth fee:
If you receive an email of confirmation then you will be required to pay your fee by October 31st to reserve your spot.
Your booth fee is non-refundable.
If you do not pay your fee by October 31st your spot will be offered to the next vendor on our list.
Things to Know:
Rogue Comic Con will be held at Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford, OR, on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, May 18, 2025 9am to 4pm. This is an outdoor event. Setup will start as early as 6:00 am and will need to be completed no later than 10:00 am; breakdown no earlier than 4:00 pm on Sunday.
We are expecting between 5,000 - 10,000 attendees for the two days.
You will need to provide your own booth setup, including tent, table(s), chair(s), displays, signage. This can be as elaborate as you like, or as simple as a 5-foot table and chair. Do bring signage for your business. Booth spaces will be approximately 10 feet x 10 feet outside and approximately 8x8 if you are an artist alley vendor. No generators are allowed. We will not be able to guarantee specific placement of your booth.
Please remember to plan to merchandise your booth space! This is a very visual event, and the more attractive, interesting, and decorative your booth is, the more customers will stop and shop. This can include signage and displays. Think vertically—not just laying items flat on a table. Be creative!
Single Booth pricing: $140 for both days (You are required to sign-up for both days.)
Please request a second booth space as early as you can. If we do get an indoor space vendors will not be able to request a double space.
We cannot guarantee where you will be located, but we will be thoughtful about placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note: Only comic book vendors and artists that draw comic books will be in artists alley. Everyone else will be in the outdoor space.
Your booth fee is non-refundable. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us so we can adjust the vendor area layout.

By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Rogue Comic Con or its representatives to contact me by phone and/or email with information regarding my vendor application.
Participants will provide their own equipment including tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords. Setup will be between 6:00am - 9:30 am on 5/17/2025. All setup must be completed by 10:00 am. Participants must not breakdown or remove any equipment until after 4:00 pm on 5/18/2025.
Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises.
Weapons are not allowed on Rogue Comic Con premises.
The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Rogue Comic Con. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against the City of Medford, Rogue Comic Con, and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.
Booth fee is non-refundable.
The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Rogue Comic Con may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.
Rogue Comic Con is a rain or shine event and will not be cancelled.
